Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Warehouse Associate to assist customers both in person and over the phone while supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, and able to perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases in person and over the phone.
- Provide outstanding customer service and answer questions professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
- Receive, organize, stock, and pull inventory.
- Load customer purchases safely and efficiently.
- Operate a hand truck and other material-handling equipment.
- Keep the showroom and warehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and by telephone.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Ability to safely use a hand truck and move heavy merchandise.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Retail, warehouse, or mobile home industry experience is preferred but not required.
