Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth overnight operations of our hotel. Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in property management systems (PMS) and reservation records using systems like OPERA or similar platforms.
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing outstanding customer service via phone and in person.
- Manage guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively with clients to enhance their stay experience.
- Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance and perform routine property inspections to uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational transparency and accountability.
- Handle all front desk activities including answering phones with proper etiquette, managing reservations, and updating guest information accurately.
- Collaborate with hotel management and staff to address guest relations concerns swiftly and professionally, fostering a welcoming environment for diverse clientele.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with familiarity using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA.
- Strong customer service skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and client communication abilities.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes to ensure guest safety and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer service challenges calmly and efficiently.
- Experience working in resort environments or properties with extensive guest relations responsibilities is preferred.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
