We are seeking a dependable Mechanical/Production Assembler with a strong work history and proven manufacturing experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-focused, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a team environment. This position requires standing for most of the workday while performing manual assembly tasks.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Basic computer skills
Basic mechanical aptitude
Basic math skills
Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
Experience using small hand tools and assembly equipment
Ability to accurately read tape measures
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual assembly tasks
Strong attendance and reliability

Responsibilities
- Assemble components using hand tools and surface mount techniques in accordance with blueprints and schematics.
- Read and interpret schematics, and bill of materials; follow blueprint specifications to ensure correct assembly.
- Install components, test assemblies and perform functional checks; document results.
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers) and basic math to verify dimensions and alignment; maintain quality standards.
- Maintain organized work area, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
