Description of Position:
Our care-giving team provides individualized care to each client in the client's home. Aides may assist clients with:
- Personal hygiene, dressing and grooming
- Mobility and transfers
- Incontinence care
- Nutrition, including meal planning and preparation
- Homemaking needs, such as laundry, making the bed, dusting, vacuuming and other general household tasks
- Accompanying them to medical appointments
- Errands, such as grocery shopping
- Individualized needs, as specified on the client Care Plan
We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions.
