As the official salon of the Las Vegas Raiderettes and a destination for color, extensions, and show-stopping transformations, we run at a high level and have fun doing it. Master stylist Fabian Miranda built this space so clients feel empowered and professionals thrive creatively and financially. Now we need someone to keep the engine running behind the glam.
The Role
You're the operational heartbeat of the salon. You keep the calendar full, the guests obsessed, the shelves stocked, the socials popping, and the events unforgettable. What You'll Do
- Own the booking experience, managing appointments, filling the calendar, and keeping the schedule tight so stylists stay busy and guests stay happy.
- Manage the owner's calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and commitments so his day runs seamlessly.
- Wow every guest with follow-up that makes them feel like a VIP, from rebooking reminders to post-visit check-ins that build loyalty.
- Assist with social media, helping capture content, coordinate posts, and keep our online presence as polished as our clients.
- Help plan and pull off events, from Raiderettes styling days to media shoots and in-salon happenings.
- Keep operations humming with day-to-day admin, systems, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a busy salon organized.
- Manage inventory and retail, tracking top-tier product lines like Milbon, Color Wow, and Olaplex.
Who You Are
You're organized, warm, and quick on your feet. You take initiative without being asked. You genuinely enjoy people and understand that great service is what sets a luxury brand apart. You're comfortable with technology and social media, you sweat the details, and you like the energy of a fast-moving creative space. Salon, spa, hospitality, or beauty experience is a plus, but the right energy and work ethic matter most.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
