Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet operations, rental service workflows, and vehicle coordination activities
- Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, service quality, and operational reports
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, service providers, drivers, and internal departments
- Support rental documentation, booking updates, vehicle handover processes, and issue resolution
- Track fleet performance, operating costs, customer feedback, and service timelines
- Assist with process improvements to strengthen efficiency and customer experience
- Ensure operational activities follow company procedures, safety standards, and service requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in fleet operations, vehicle rental services, transportation coordination, logistics, customer service management, or operations support
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with vendors, drivers, customers, or service delivery teams is an advantage

Pay: $82,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
