Highly Experienced Heavy Equipment Field Service Diesel Technician Opportunity in Tennessee
McCoy Construction & Forestry, a growing John Deere construction and forestry dealership, is looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join the team in Nashville.
In this role, the technician will be responsible for servicing and maintaining construction and forestry equipment in the field, utilizing technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues. · Hourly wage is $27.00 to $55.00 based on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Travel on location to examine machines to diagnose and repair a multitude of mechanical and system issues.
· Fabricates special lifting or towing attachments, hydraulic systems, shields, or other devices according to blueprints or schematic drawings.
· It maintains a clean work area, shop tools, truck, and equipment.
· Ensure work is performed safely and safe work procedures are followed throughout the department.
Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:
· Minimum of 5 years of heavy equipment -customer facing experience, heavy equipment construction & forestry diesel technology experience.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and Forklift Certification
· Ability to build relationships with customers while providing high-quality customer service.
· Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
· Problem-solving aptitude
