Monday 8/3 - 11:00am - 12:00pm Intro + Team Meeting
Tuesday 8/4 - 7:00am - 4:30pm Meetings
Wednesday 8/5 - 7:30am - 4:30pm Meetings
Thursday 8/6 - 7:30am - 11:00am Meetings
Meetings Compensation - $25 per hour for Monday - Wednesday with a non-paid 1 hour lunch. Parking will be covered. Sunday is just a quick meeting to review the job and ask questions.

At EME we specialize in curating highly effective one-on-one meeting styles, held in private hotel resort suites, that create meaningful interactions between exhibitors (Suppliers) and attendees (Distributors) from all corners of the United States.

Meet Our Clients
Suppliers (Exhibitors) - are companies that set up their products in the hotel suites to present to the Distributors.
Distributors – are the buyers who are scheduled to meet with Exhibitors every 20 minutes throughout the course of the day. The Distributors will end up purchasing products from these Suppliers. All Exhibitors and Distributors will have more opportunities to do business, during breakfasts, lunches & dinners as they all eat together.
Here’s Where the Monitors Come In
Monitors - are the staff that keep the flow of the Distributors moving between hotel suites and the Exhibitor's meetings on time. They also help out with any other duties as needed. (Making coffee, delivering meeting supplies, assisting in the Hospitality Suite and more.) Monitors will have beepers/walkie talkies and smile for everyone they encounter. They help the EME team curate a pleasant and effective show for everyone.
The Exhibitors will also have a beeper in their rooms that will alert them as to when their meeting is about to end at the 17 min mark. They then know they have a few minutes to wrap-up the meeting. When the 20 minutes is up, it's the Monitors' job is to knock on the door to let the Distributor know it is time to move on to their next meeting. Monitors have 17 minutes of down time in between every meeting in which they can read a book, magazine, tablet. The EME team will supply chairs for sitting. At all times Monitors are to be courteous, but firm on the timing of the meetings, thismakes our show successful and on time for everyone.
