We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our dealership’s reach through proactive outside sales efforts. Your enthusiasm for high-end sales and excellent communication skills will help build lasting relationships with prospective clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced automotive environment while supporting our mission to deliver top-tier service and value to customers. Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound sales activities including cold calling and outreach to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospects and nurturing leads through effective follow-up
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts to establish partnerships with local companies and organizations
- Present compelling vehicle solutions tailored to customer needs through public speaking and personalized demonstrations
- Negotiate deals confidently while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, manage inventory information, and support sales processes
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize dealership revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a strong understanding of inventory management and inventory control
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and phone etiquette skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms and outbound sales strategies
- Knowledge of dealership operations, automotive market trends, and high-end sales techniques is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with the ability to handle cold calling and marketing initiatives confidently
- Retail math proficiency and basic math skills for accurate deal calculations

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
