As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payment transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems, including hotel management software and phone systems
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
