- Proficient with Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs and Sheets, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office
- Support the sales team in promoting and selling association management services to prospective associations and board members
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, presentations, and marketing materials for community association prospects
- Coordinate and track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity within the company
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and board presentations
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, proposals, contracts, and onboarding documentation
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure a smooth transition for newly onboarded communities
- Communicate effectively in person or by using telecommunications with our clients and fellow co- workers and generally enjoy working with a diverse clientele
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change
- Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Performs routine bookkeeping functions
- Organize and schedule appointments as needed
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes as needed
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of (or ability to learn) various sales techniques such as SPIN selling, Challenger, and Solution Selling.

- High School Diploma
- 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
