NextPhase Telecom is a sales and business consulting firm that seeks an AT&T Customer Support Associate to provide dedicated care for AT&T Fiber Internet customers. The AT&T Customer Support Associate will steward customers through ongoing satisfaction, continuously assessing whether their symmetrical speeds and whole-home Wi-Fi still match evolving needs. When gaps appear, you'll coordinate upgrades that restore optimal experience.
As an AT&T Customer Support Associate, your training includes AT&T Fiber's solutions, customer retention strategies, and sales techniques for recommending upgrades. The AT&T Customer Support Associate will manage customer check-ins, conduct activation follow-ups, and help customers understand the value of faster speeds for streaming and gaming.
Role Requirements for an AT&T Customer Support Associate
- Provide professional support in-person, addressing service questions, connectivity concerns, and plan inquiries with clarity and empathy.
- Recommend AT&T Fiber plans, upgrades, and feature enhancements tailored to household needs to drive adoption, retention, and sales growth.
- Listen carefully to customer feedback and identify opportunities to offer additional services or solutions that improve home internet performance.
- Troubleshoot service disruptions, equipment issues, or technical challenges efficiently while keeping the customer informed at every step.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of AT&T Fiber offerings, promotions, and enhancements to provide accurate, persuasive, and value-driven guidance.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure rapid resolution of issues and a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
