Duties
- Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring each caller feels valued.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate departments.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service information clearly and confidently.
- Perform data entry tasks using Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support administrative functions like calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping responsibilities.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to ensure a seamless experience for clients and team members alike.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on customer service or clerical work.
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Gorgias, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base effectively..
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills along with effective time management capabilities.
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading documents, and basic bookkeeping enhances your candidacy.
