Seasonal Front Desk/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a sharp, reliable, thick-skinned individual to manage our front desk through the end of October. This role is the initial face and voice of our operation. You will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, managing digital correspondence, data entry, and act as the primary point of contact for customer inquires and complaints.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to work independently, possesses strong foundational math, spelling, and writing skills, thrives under pressure, and can maintain professionalism and composure when handling difficult or confrontational customers.
Responsibilities: Greet visitors, answer multi line phone calls, assist customers with general inquires regarding their accounts. Manage the company email inbox, responding to customers with professional, grammatically correct, and well-spelled messages. Maintain an accurate customer database, use a spreadsheet, perform basic mathematical calculations daily, using fractions, decimals, and percentages. De-escalate tense situations and handle customer complaints with patience, calmness, and a firm demeanor.
Qualifications: High accuracy in data entry and message taking; solid comfort level calculating and working with fractions and decimals; proficient with basic spreadsheets (Google/Excel) and professional email platforms.
