We are looking for a highly skilled Hyundai Certified Master Technician to join our growing Service Department. This is an opportunity to bring your Hyundai expertise to a dealership that values experienced technicians, rewards performance, and provides the tools and technology needed to succeed.
As a Hyundai Certified Master Technician, you will perform advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and major vehicle services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
You will work with Hyundai-specific technology, diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer resources to accurately diagnose and repair today's advanced vehicles. This position is ideal for a technician who has achieved Hyundai Master certification and is ready to maximize their skills and earning potential.
Qualified Hyundai Certified Master Technicians may be eligible for a $6,000+ sign-on bonus.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform advanced Hyundai-specific diagnostics using manufacturer equipment
- Complete major repairs and services according to Hyundai manufacturer specifications
- Perform accurate inspections and identify additional repair needs
- Assist other technicians with difficult diagnostics and technical repairs when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of diagnostic and repair work
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all Hyundai, dealership, and safety procedures
Steven Hyundai offers competitive flat-rate compensation with strong earning potential for highly skilled and productive technicians.
All technicians are eligible for a production bonus paid at time and one-half (1.5x) their flat-rate pay based on productivity!

- Hyundai Certified Master Technician certification required
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing Hyundai vehicles
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer-controlled vehicle systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
