Treatment Coordinator (Implants and Periodontal Surgery)
Compensation: $24–30/hour + Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities
Palm Beach Periodontics is seeking an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our growing specialty practice.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients move forward with recommended treatment while delivering an outstanding patient experience. This is not simply a scheduling position. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who is comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, financial arrangements, and financing options while helping patients make informed decisions about their care.
Our practice specializes in dental implants, periodontal therapy, full-arch implant reconstruction, and advanced surgical procedures. Many of our patients are making significant investments in their health and quality of life, and we are looking for someone who can confidently guide them through that process.
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and review recommended care with patients
- Discuss fees, payment arrangements, and financing options with confidence and professionalism
- Help patients overcome financial barriers through education and available financing solutions
- Coordinate treatment scheduling and case acceptance
- Proactively follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment recommendations
- Reactivate unscheduled treatment and help patients move forward with needed care
- Build strong relationships with patients and referring offices
- Help maintain a productive schedule and support practice growth initiatives
- Track key performance metrics related to treatment acceptance and patient follow-up
- Work closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Deliver a warm, professional, hospitality-focused experience for every patient
Qualifications
- Previous dental treatment coordinating, treatment presentation, or dental office management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment fees, financing options, and payment arrangements
- Ability to confidently ask for treatment acceptance and scheduling commitments
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing organization
