As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will connect with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, educate customers on fiber internet services, and help families find solutions that fit their needs. Top performers can earn leadership positions, build their own teams, participate in recruiting, run sales blitzes, and generate additional income through team overrides and referral bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Prospect residential neighborhoods through door-to-door sales
- Build rapport with homeowners and identify customer needs
- Present fiber internet solutions professionally and confidently
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and development sessions
- Work independently while contributing to team goals
- Represent Northstar Fiber with professionalism and integrity
