We’re looking for Assistant General Managers with General Manager ambition — hospitality leaders who want to run something big. The kind of people who can lead 70+ servers, think three moves ahead, manage the numbers, solve problems on the fly, and still smile walking through the dining room bringing lemons to table 42.
