Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.)

We're looking for a Sleep Coach who is passionate about developing others, delivering engaging training experiences, and bringing the BEDGEAR brand to life. You won't just deliver product training—you'll help create memorable learning experiences, strengthen retail partnerships, and ensure our brand standards are consistently represented in every market.

What You'll Do
As our Sleep Coach, you'll deliver engaging product education, reinforce merchandising standards, and serve as a trusted training partner for retail associates while collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, independent sales representatives, Account Management, and Marketing.
- Conduct high-level sales training seminars for retail sales associates at partner stores, accommodating group sizes up to 50+ individuals in both classroom and individual formats.
- Follow up with one-on-one hands-on training, sparring, and coaching to reinforce learning and product knowledge.
- Deliver effective, inspiring presentations in person and via BGTV or local media outlets.
- Act as a brand ambassador at company tradeshows and marketing events to promote awareness of the company and its products.
- Collaborate with independent sales reps and sales management to create a cohesive presentation and convey a consistent brand message at the retail level.
- Continuously monitor, assess, and update training programs and processes to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Maintain detailed call reports and provide performance feedback from store visits.
- Conduct visual merchandising compliance reviews during store visits and events, taking pictures of POP/Display items, providing recommendations, and evaluating competition floor space.
- Identify opportunities for marketing collateral placement and provide insights to account management and sales managers.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees, providing comprehensive training and support.
- Create recorded training sessions for continued or refresher education classes.

Qualifications
Required
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have the documentation required for employment verification.
- English literate and proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
- Home office with a personal laptop available for business use.
- Willingness to participate in the company's Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) mobile phone program (cell phone stipend provided).
- Dependable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance.
- Valid passport with the ability to travel outside assigned territory as business needs require.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.
- Ability and willingness to work weekends and major retail holidays as needed.
Preferred
- 2+ years delivering presentations and consumer product training to large groups of people.
- Background in education is a plus.
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license with reliable personal transportation.
- Mattress and bedding accessories experience preferable but not required.
- Experience working remotely.
- Experience teaching sales techniques to others.
