Job Summary
Al Huss Auto, a busy automotive repair shop in Kaukauna is looking for an experienced Service Manager/Advisor. The ideal candidate will have experience in an independent shop, be able to provide amazing customer service, and help our customers feel comfortable that the money they are spending with us is an investment in their vehicle. This role is very important to the success of our business. The primary function of this position is professionally presenting and selling to customers the recommended services and repairs made by our technicians. Responsibilities and Duties
Shop Coordination
Schedule customer vehicles for service
Greet customers
Prepare estimates for vehicle repairs per technician inspections
Search for parts prices from various vendors via the internet and phone
Sell service jobs to customers in a friendly and profitable manner
Other daily duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Must have excellent phone and customer service skills.
Be comfortable working with the computer to search for parts and prices.
Be able to handle a fast paced and busy environment.
Be able to manage multiple situations simultaneously.
MUST be honest.
