Walmart is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals. The Tech Talent Recruitment team collaborates with Walmart Global Tech to attract and hire skilled technology professionals who drive innovation across the enterprise. Supporting areas such as Corporate Technology, Tech Strategy, and Global Tech Platform, the team builds high-impact groups that enable business transformation and operational excellence. Through strategic talent acquisition and stakeholder engagement, the team connects exceptional candidates with opportunities to contribute to scalable technology solutions. This collaborative approach advances Walmart’s global technology ecosystem while continuously enhancing recruitment processes to meet evolving business needs.
What you'll do:
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation competitiveness, and time-to-fill considerations using market data and analytics.

Develop and execute role-specific hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning needs.

Design targeted sourcing approaches for specialized skill sets and build segmented candidate pipelines using CRM tools.

Partner with stakeholders to refine interview frameworks, improve evaluation consistency, and facilitate calibration discussions.

Monitor candidate experience metrics and implement engagement strategies to maintain interest throughout extended hiring cycles.

Negotiate offer packages balancing market data, internal equity, and candidate priorities within budget constraints.

Identify process bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and quality.
What you'll bring:

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
