We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Horizontal CNC Machining Area Supervisor to lead our machining operations with energy and precision. Duties
- Ensure all assigned machines are running whenever possible.
- Identify and eliminate downtime (setups, tooling, unclear priorities)
- Do not allow machines to sit idle without action or escalation
- Lead a team of machinists and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Understand the production schedule and priorities at the start of each shift
- Align the team to those priorities and adjust throughout the day
- Ensure jobs are progressing and not sitting between operations
Pay: $44.00 - $55.00 per hour
