CDL Class A Driver – Industrial Equipment Transport & Installation

Komar Industries is seeking a skilled CDL Class A Driver to safely transport industrial equipment to customer locations throughout the region. If you enjoy being on the road, have strong mechanical aptitude, and want to be part of a growing company, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport industrial equipment to customer locations.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
- Assist with positioning and setting equipment at customer sites.
- Support equipment installation, startup, and basic mechanical assembly.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery, installation, and service documentation.
- Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and installations.
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Travel as required and work overtime based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating tractor-trailers and transporting heavy equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with industrial equipment, diesel engines, hydraulics, or welding is a plus.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to safely load, secure, and transport oversized equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime (50+ hours per week) and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
