Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operations of Omaha Supportive Living.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office filing systems and update documents as needed.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support, office management, clerical, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to multi-task in a small assisted-living environment.
-Ability to obtain medication aide license.
- Clean driving record as well as ability to drive passenger van.

Pay: $18.72 - $22.54 per hour
