As the Project Manager, you will lead construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage multifamily and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Drive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution efforts
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and financial forecasts
- Monitor budgets, costs, contingency usage, and project profitability
- Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Run regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
