In addition to your hourly rate and overtime pay, you will receive 1.5x your pay when you wear protective equipment on an emergency (EMS) job, and 2x your pay for emergency jobs outside your regular working hours.
Description:
Carpenters work closely with our Project Managers to complete residential and commercial structure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Install cabinets and interior trim
- Set and trim doors and windows
- Perform painting, drywall repair, and texture matching
- Procure photos of all jobs assigned
- Keeps inventory of all tools housed in company vehicle
- Respond to emergency work in timely manner
- Assist project manager when necessary
- Participate in weekly on-call rotation
- Accurately post time to all jobs for accurate labor cost
Qualifications:
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to be on-call on a reasonable rotation and during storm surge events
- Comfortable lifting and moving heavy equipment throughout a structure
- 1 year of restoration industry, construction, or maintenance experience preferred

Previous experience and IIRC certifications are a plus but not required. We will help you obtain the training and development you need.
