Requirements

M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent degree

Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency

Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington (or ability to obtain)

Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire
