In this position, you will play a central role in maintaining smooth daily operations, managing patient flow, and ensuring our patients receive efficient, high-quality care from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet patients and escort them promptly to exam and therapy rooms.
- Record basic vital signs, including height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Set up therapy equipment, explain procedures clearly to patients, and ensure comfort.
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare treatment areas.
- Active management of office flow—directing doctors and guiding patients to keep appointments running on time.
- Maintain clear, professional communication across doctors, staff, and patients.
- Strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a medical, chiropractic, or physical therapy office is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and a cheerful, welcoming demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage patient movement in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer proficiency for record management and front-desk scheduling.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
