Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations
- Restock bar supplies promptly and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including nightclubs, banquets, or catering events
Skills
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink recipes
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in food industry environments like brewing or catering is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced hospitality settings while maintaining professionalism
