We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Rep for our replacement parts and machinery service business. This full-time (40-45 hour per week, with overtime) position is customer-facing, with substantial phone and email contact with our customers.
This role is central to both our parts business and our machine building business. Being able to work both independently and with others as a team is key to success in this position.
In addition to answering the phones and responding to emails, Inventory management plays a large role in this position.
A successful candidate will be meticulous in ensuring the correct parts are identified, received into inventory, packaged correctly and shipped.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
· Answering Phones and creating email responses to customer queries
· Creating Quotes & Sales orders
· Pulling parts orders, Packing, Invoicing and Shipping (UPS, FedEx and motor freight).
Attention to detail to ensure correct and timely deliveries to customers.
· Receiving incoming parts, staging them for inspection, and placing parts into inventory.
· Inventory management, organization & Cycle Counting.
Secondary Responsibilities Include:
· Maintaining and Growing our digital and print catalog of parts and services.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service is desired.

· An ability to understand technical drawings and understanding of fit tolerances is a plus.
* Good basic math skills
* Attention to detail.
· Familiarity with Quickbooks .
