Position: 745C – Sleep Disorder Lab – Polysomnographic Tech

The Polysomnographic Technologist will prepare adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and equipment for sleep disorder testing. The technologist will monitor polysomnograms, identify sleep-related abnormalities, and accurately document testing results according to facility policies and procedures.
Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Polysomnographic Technologist
At least 1 year of experience performing sleep studies
Experience with sleep disorders, sleep activity, abnormalities, movement arousals, and respiratory patterns
AHA BLS – Required
Must possess current and unrestricted certification or registration as one of the following:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and accurately monitor/document polysomnographic studies
Adolescents
Adults
Geriatric patients
Northside requires travelers to work:
