The Junior Business Associate position is designed for candidates who want to build leadership skills, gain hands-on business experience, and grow within a structured, team-focused environment.
As a Junior Business Associate, you’ll support day-to-day operations tied to a national telecommunications program, working directly with customers and team members to ensure a smooth and professional experience. You’ll play a key part in coordinating workflows, assisting with customer interactions, and helping drive overall team performance.
Junior Business Associate Responsibilities
- Assist customers with selecting mobile devices, service plans, and account updates
- Support new activations, upgrades, and account transitions while maintaining accurate records
- Work alongside team members in a retail setting to improve customer experience and streamline daily operations
- Help coordinate schedules, task assignments, and in-store priorities
- Address customer questions and resolve basic service concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Stay up to date on current promotions and product offerings to provide accurate information
- Contribute to Junior Business Associate team performance goals and maintain a positive, collaborative environment
