We are seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers for our ISL homes who lead with kindness, think on their feet, and have a heart for helping others live their most independent lives.
PAY & PERKS
- Starting pay: $15/hour
- Higher starting pay based on experience
- Earn $16/hour for weekend shifts from Friday at 3:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM
- Refer a friend and earn $300 after 90 days
- Refer 5 friends and earn up to $1,500
Full-Time Benefits (after 60 days)

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in GED classes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a caring heart and strong work ethic
