Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant, Christ centered early childhood education team, specifically to work with 3-year-old children in our dedicated preschool classroom. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early childhood development, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills.
- Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among 3-year-old children.
- Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and maintain a structured learning atmosphere.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns through meetings or written updates.
- Incorporate highest safety standards and mandated reporting laws into daily routines to ensure safety and compliance.
- Utilize child development instruction strategies to support individual learning needs.
- Conduct daily Bible lesson in a Christ centered environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom activities to enhance educational quality.
- Engage children in physical activities and incorporate sessions that promote motor skills, social interaction, and overall well-being.
Experience
- Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential. Applicant should be willing to provide testimony of their personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies.
- Experience developing curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education for toddlers.
- Familiarity with state laws.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Previous experience teaching in private schools or daycare centers is advantageous. Enthusiasm for early childhood education is key.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
