NOW HIRING – 1st Shift Production / Nickel Prep Technician

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as a Nickel Prep Technician. No previous nickel plating experience is required — we provide on-the-job training.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts for processing and production
- Clean, inspect, and organize materials
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Handle and move parts through various production stages
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work with team members to meet production goals
Experience Not Required – We Will Train
Candidates from many backgrounds can succeed in this role, including:
- Manufacturing or production work
- Warehouse experience
- Assembly positions
- Machine operation
- Mechanical or hands-on work
- Anyone with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
