Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized House Manager (Live-In) to oversee the smooth operation of a private residence. This pivotal role combines household management, personal assistance, and event coordination, all while providing a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Manage daily household operations, including cleaning, laundry, and household maintenance to uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate and oversee household staff supervision, including housekeeping staff, cooks, drivers, and childcare providers
- Plan and execute special events or gatherings within the residence with attention to detail and hospitality excellence
- Handle schedule management for family members, appointments, travel arrangements, and household activities
- Provide personal assistance such as running errands, managing correspondence, and handling confidential information discreetly
- Oversee property management tasks including maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and inventory control
- Drive family members as needed for appointments or outings while ensuring safety and punctuality
- Support childcare responsibilities with engaging activities, supervision, and nurturing care when required
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by creating a warm atmosphere for guests and visitors
- Ensure household safety protocols are followed diligently at all times
Experience
Experience & Qualifications
Preferred:
● Previous experience as a Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Medical Assistant, or in a similar caregiving role.
● Experience assisting individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
● Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
● Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
● Ability to pass a background check.
● CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
