Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Duties
- Rental Equipment Scheduling
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for rental sales and promote products or services that may benefit the customer.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and customer needs.
- Monday - Friday 8 hrs.
- Saturday - 7:00am-12:00pm
