About the Role
We are looking for instructors who bring strong technical coaching, steady energy, and a presence that motivates without the fluff. You will deliver high-quality classes, maintain consistency across the studio experience, and help clients feel stronger, clearer, and more grounded every time they walk out the door.
This role is ideal for instructors who love intelligent movement, value structure, and want to be part of a high-integrity studio from the start.
To be clear: this is not a “show up and wing it” environment. You’ll get support, clear expectations, and a method that respects both you and the clients.
Responsibilities
- Teach dynamic Pilates classes aligned with ENQOR’s training approach.
- Deliver clear cueing, clean technique, and intelligent progressions for all fitness levels.
- Maintain consistency in class structure, energy, and coaching quality.
- Arrive early to prepare the room, music, and equipment for an elevated experience.
- Build positive, professional relationships with clients and contribute to a supportive studio culture.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
- Support studio events, promotions, and community engagement when needed.
What We Need From You
- Availability for scheduled classes on weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays.
- Consistent and reliable execution by arriving early and fully prepared.
- Willingness to learn and uphold ENQOR’s class methodology and standards.
- Strong communication and a team-first mindset.
- Professionalism in how you coach, interact with clients, and support studio operations.
Qualifications
- Reformer Pilates certification.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience in reformer Pilates.
- Strong understanding of alignment, anatomy, and safe movement progressions.
- Confident, clear verbal cueing and a calm but motivating coaching presence.
- CPR/AED + First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
