Qualifications/Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain required Ohio credentials
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop individualized education programs and provide direct therapy services
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student's goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment that supports all learners
