Nash Powersports Auburn is seeking a temporary Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently thoughout the busy summer season. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily administrative operations, enhance office management, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties
- Filing
- Scanning documents into operating software
- Assist with making phone calls to customers relative to titlework completion
- Handle incoming mail
- Assist with titlework submissions
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy
- Assist in invoice & statement reconciliations
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced setting
