Product Specialist
Location: Ryan Ford, Sealy, TX

Experience Required: No Automotive Experience Needed – Paid Training Provided
About the Role
We're looking for a customer-focused Product Specialist to help customers learn and enjoy the technology in their new Ford vehicle. You'll serve as the dealership's expert on vehicle features, connectivity, and technology, supporting customers from test drives through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities
- Learn and maintain knowledge of Ford vehicles, features, and technology
- Assist with vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Deliver personalized vehicle orientations at delivery
- Help customers set up FordPass, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and other vehicle technology
- Explain safety, convenience, and driver-assist features
- Provide post-sale support for vehicle technology questions
- Support the sales team with product demonstrations and feature expertise
- Complete Ford and dealership training programs
Qualifications
- Passion for technology and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technology in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and connected devices
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
