As a customer service representative, you will be the face of Classic Car Wash. Your main responsibilities will be providing exceptional customer service using your personality and problem-solving skills. You will be educating guests about our services, determining their needs, and coordinating their car care. There will be lots of opportunities for commission.
Responsibilities :
- Actively listening and addressing guests wants and needs
- Informing guests regarding our services that reflect on the guests needs
- Provide detailed and accurate information about memberships
