Join our dynamic team as a Tow Truck Operator in Kodak, TN, where you will be the vital link in providing prompt, professional roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and professional assistance during their time of need. As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and providing roadside assistance, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and safety. No experience necessary, just a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
Duties
- Operate various types of tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs during roadside assistance calls.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections on tow trucks to ensure they are in safe working condition before heading out on the road.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism and calmness, ensuring customer satisfaction even in stressful scenarios.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including mileage, fuel usage, and any repairs performed.
- Drive responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road.
Experience
- Customer service experience is highly valued as you will be interacting directly with clients in various situations.
Shift
We are looking to fill the following positions:
- 2 split shift (10am-8pm 4 days a week)
- 2 evening shift (6pm-2am 5 days a week)
- 1 weekend shift (8am-8pm Friday, Saturday and Mondays)
- 2 weekend shift (10am-10pm Friday, Saturday and Mondays)
