American GroundPro is hiring for the 2026 Season and is seeking Blower Truck Crew members. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing locally owned company. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a drive to succeed. This position provides labor support and assists in all job duties of the mulch blowing. Training and advancement opportunities are available, CDL training available. Landscape and/or Construction experience is a plus!

Non-negotiable Requirements:

Ability to perform manual labor (i.e pulling mulch hose, installing mulch via hose, backpack blowing, etc.)

Use of a back-pack blower.

Must work occasional weekends

Start time is 6:30 am, with the possibility of earlier start times based on job location.

Assisting lead operator to complete all job duties.

Maintain tool inventory on truck.

Close attention to mulch installation and clean-up.

Strong sense of safety and the ability and willingness to comply with safety standards.

Offered compensation: $40,000/yr - $45,000/yr
