Responsibilities

- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely delivery
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service when interacting with guests or staff
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper knife skills and sanitation practices, to uphold health standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant experience demonstrating culinary skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with meal preparation processes
- Experience in menu planning, food industry operations, or catering is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
