Our school is looking for a highly motivated and talented Mathematics Teacher who will be working with students in grades 6-7. The right candidate will be able to work collaboratively with students, parents and colleagues while ensuring that the school's standards are met. We're looking for an individual who has a strong background working with children and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and interpret student data.
- Teach mathematics in a classroom setting.
- Teach to diverse student population.
- Teach multiple levels of mathematics.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students based on their individual needs.
- Confer with parents regarding student progress.
- Motivate students to learn mathematics.
- Strive for professional development opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
