What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism—be the first impression that sets the tone
- Handle patient check-in and check-out seamlessly
- Manage insurance verifications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate appointments and schedules efficiently
- Support patients by clearly explaining treatment plans and financial options
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all privacy standards
- Work closely with the dental team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a dental or medical office preferred (insurance knowledge a big plus)
- Confident, friendly communication style—patients should feel instantly comfortable with you
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Strong computer and organizational skills
