Residential/Commercial Pressure Washing Technician | Houston, TX
Texas Premier Pressure Washing is hiring technicians for pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and more across Houston, with possible out-of-town pay jobs (additional pay plus meal stipend) in surrounding metropolitan cities in Texas. Warehouse is located off i10/Greenhouse. Company vehicles are provided.
Required of the Role:
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Previous experience in manual labor (pressure washing, window cleaning, construction, mechanical, or similar)
- Comfortable working on ladders/roofs and outside
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team player
Compensation:
- Between $35,000 and $60,000
- Training Period: All new hires begin as trainees. The training period lasts up to 3-4 weeks, during which you’ll earn $125/day while learning the tools, techniques, and safety procedures of the job. Upon successful completion of training, your pay will increase to $150+ per day, depending on experience and performance.
- Advancement Opportunity: After 1 year of consistent performance, you’ll become eligible for promotion with additional responsibilities and potential pay increases. Our company is looking to expand and grow with you.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Residential and Commercial Pressure Washing: Houses, Driveways, Parking Lots/Garages, Apartment Buildings, Shopping Centers, Recreational Parks, etc). Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Holiday Lights Installation, and More
- Maintain Truck and Equipment - your responsibility will be to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment.
