Styled & Staged is looking for a Decor Prep + Rental Assistant who not only crosses Ts like a boss, but does it with a pep in their step! We are looking for an awesome person to keep our events, rentals, and behind-the-scenes operations running smoothly. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and incredibly important to what we do.
You’ll be helping prep beautiful rentals and décor for weddings, events, photoshoots, and customer pick-ups — making sure every piece leaving our warehouse is clean, counted, quality-checked, and event ready. It's a physical job where you get completion reward every day.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting in preparing and organizing event decor items, ensuring all pieces are clean, functional, and ready for setup.
- Checking rentals back in after returns/set-ups
- Collaborating with the warehouse manager and sales rep on special projects or customized orders.
- Supporting the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all decor elements are installed safely and efficiently. (Weekend or evening work is optional and can be planned for in advance)
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage areas, ensuring all equipment is stored properly for future use.

Physical Requirements:
This job is one where you're on your feet. Ability to lift is critical, but more so we're looking for someone who is detailed oriented and can pull and check orders for quality control and consistency.
Hours:
Consistency is key here. We're open to part-time or full time. Regular business hours, M-F: 9a-4/5p.
Pay based on experience is skills.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience working in a decor or rental business.
