Position Overview
The Director will oversee hospital education, nursing administration, and leadership development initiatives. This includes implementing system-wide training programs, advancing evidence-based clinical practices, and fostering a culture of professional growth and interdisciplinary collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Champion professional development, innovation, and performance improvement.
- Mentor and empower unit-based leaders and nurse educators.
- Lead organization-wide training programs and quality initiatives.
- Foster collaboration across departments and disciplines.
- Support Magnet-aligned nursing standards and culture.
Qualifications
- MSN required; DNP preferred.
- Current California RN license.
- 5+ years of acute-care RN experience.
- 3+ years of acute-care management experience.
- Proven success in education program planning, leadership development, and quality initiatives.
- BLS required; ACLS preferred.
- National certification preferred.
